To enter Vietnam you need: 

1. A passport valid up to 6 months beyond your travel date.
2. A Vietnam visa. A regular tourist visa is valid for up to 30 days. However, some Southeast Asian countries including Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Laos are exempted from visa when entering Vietnam. Vietnam also has a visa exemption for Japanese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish citizens. Passport holders from these countries can travel to Vietnam up to 15 days without applying for tourist visas.
3. 2 recent photos (4cm x 6cm).
4. A stamping visa fee of $25 paid directly to the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate nearest you, or Immigration Department at Vietnam airport (If get visa on arrival).
5. A visa approval fee of $10 paid directly to Fiditour.
Once you book tours with FIDITOUR, we will assist you to get Vietnam visa. You will have two choices of getting Vietnam visa:
Option 1: Getting Vietnam visa at Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
Option 2: Getting Vietnam visa at the airport when you arrive at Vietnam (good when there are no Vietnam Embassy in your area, or when you have no time to do visa).

We will submit these information to Vietnam Immigration Office and get a "visa approval letter". It takes 2 working days to do this.
For option 1, we will have the "visa approval letter" sent to you. You can use this "visa approval letter" to get the visa Vietnam at the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in your country.
For option 2, we will have the "visa approval letter" sent to you. You can use this "visa approval letter" to get the visa Vietnam at the Vietnam airport when you arrive. You may be requested to show this "visa approval letter" to board the airplane.
